can´t get bbc 1,2 and all itv channels

i am running my sky card in my dreambox 500, everything works great, all the pay channels and fta.
but of any reason i cant get bbc 1,2 and itv 2,3,4
they are not on my channellist in dreambox edit.
if i do a scan they don´t come up.
don´t know what to do.
has anybody a channellist including these channels?
any body has an idea whats going on with these channels?

1) check eg lyngsat.com for the satelitte off your missing programs .
2) now check if the transponder is listed frekvens , polarasion and symbol rate .
3) add new transpoder if its missing , save and research :D

okay, it seems just strange that these channels need special treatment, my cheap golden interstar picks up all of them with a simple scan.
