Turner settings recording

Hi have just bought a AzBox HD Premium +
Manage to setup and install it, works fine.
Except, I want to watch one channel while looking on another
But when change channel a windows pops up “if you change channel it will stop recording”.
Have tried many different settings but I´m stuck,,,please help.

Tuner needs to be configures as Twin not seperated as it is by default. Right arrow on remote when TunerA seperated is marked to change this.
