Problems sharing 2 cards..

Hi all.

I am having some trouble sharing 2 cards.

Data:

I am on IPbox 9000HD.
it's Viasat & Canaldigital on Sirius4.8 & Thor0.8

I've been running fine with just Canal Digital, no issues, no nothing.. all good..

Now I added Viasat card & changed the newcs.xml file to match the new card.. but now it gives me a lot of grief when I switch between the 2...

Sometimes CD works.. sometimes Via... it's like I watch one and try to switch to the other.. which doesn't work.. after a reboot... the 2nd. works but the first doesn't.. etc etc..

Sometimes it's just a matter of 5 minutes.. then 1 stops working and the other starts working.. it makes no sense..

It's the same for all external boxes..

What setting can be wrong?
What can this be?
