help me please (astra on dm7000)

i need help to add astra chanels to my 7000, in first setup my image i have 80% signale level, but when scanning only 312 ch are detected, i use than vhanibal chanel list so when i put on csat bouquet it shown "service not found" help me please:(

i tryed another receiver and all chanels were appere, so i think that my dish is aligned, i see in other board that it usually happen with 7000, because of there tuner. is it true?? if you have any sollution please
