I have probleme with some frequency

I have noticed that with some frequencies, the azbox have problem to scan them (the signal quality don't moved).
Have someone had the same problem and how to solve it ?

In Setup , submenu ( TV Channel ) option Tuner A. DVB-S submenu SAT/TP Edit you can add datas , after adding it make new scan and it find them
