- add custom summary to all screens,
- note that this also changes all screens by dropping label/button widgets in favor of statictext sources, changes can be seen in the default skin
- bump required e2 version
- smaller cleanup

Lastest changes:
-get rid of custom title source and use builtin Title
- move buttons to top,
* allow custom skin for feed editor as "RSSFeedEdit", else fall back to new "Setup" skin,
* bump required e2 version accordingly
