dreambox 8oo

got a fault with my 800 its frozen and i cant free it tried to re boot but nothing happens all that is shown on the lcd screan is dreammultimedia
could any one please help me to get it up and running,

hello my friend...i try to help you, but first tell me what is your image, what is your emu, what softcam you use, is it a new dreambox...etc. etc.
when we know more about that, maybe someone can help you;)
