dream 800

got a fault with my 800 its frozen and i cant free it tried to re boot but nothing happens all that is shown on the lcd screan is dreammultimedia
could any one please help me to get it up and running,

remove the power cord for at least 5 min and try again,,,usually helps

Exactly the same problem at my end.
The dealer I got my 800HD from , flashed it and got it ready but when I put it one, about 10days later, it won't boot! The status bar moves all right at first then stops 1/3rd way up. The LCD on the device says 'Dream Multimedia Booting'; BUT it never does! The LCD (TV) shows pic of a few sunflowers but NO text!
I am new to DREAMBOX and bought my first (500s) about two months ago and NOW feel quite comfortable with that and can FIND MY WAY around that; but I have absolutely NO idea about 800HD yet! The DEALER I bought it from sent me DREAM UP (sofware) and told me to get the IMAGE from this link <<***.dm800hd.cn/hkhd/ad/dm800/gemini/content/85/20100508/448.html>> Its about 45mb of .rar folder.
I will try to flash my set and update; lets hope it works out.
