Usb hdd fat32 dm800

On lower slot is mounted USB stick (1GB) with 4 images and BA. In flash is Na bilo Black Hole v o.10.
I want to mount USB HDD (Western digital 250 GB, no external power, formated by Windows, FAT32, there are movies .mkv, xvid, mpeg2, music, pictures etc.) on second USB slot.
Anybody knows how to mount USB HDD on DM800 and use media from it.

you must fat 16 format it to get it to work with linux

Does it possible to make just one partition FAT16 and other part let remain FAT32, that USB HDD could be used by both, Linux and Windows?

fat 32 and nfs is for windows , good old fat 16 work on linux and windows for read and write mode .

I have a external usb harddisk and its formated in fat 16 and I have no problems when attaching it to my dream or AZbox .

I tryed with a fat 32 disk in it and only read mode worked .

Read mode with a fat 32 disk is Ok for me, because I want to watch movies from USB HDD on DM800, but how to mount it by Gemini 4.2, BH 0.10 or any enigma which work on USB stick.

hi, guys, im new to the club, and i wonder if any one can tell me how to start up with this dream box.800 hd pvr. On EPG I only get two programes on any service, and not a full weeks., as i thought.

I have installed a second drive and it is recognised, but not working in recording. It reports, not in this data base, sleeping.
the firm ware i have is 2.6 and i know there is now a 2.8, but i have no idea how to do transfer my download.
