Getting the last details in place - making mgcamd work on DM600

Hi.

I need some help.

I've setup my DB with gemini, and installed MGcamd via the gemini project webpage.

I have an "account" with a friend, and I have the IP and login/pass

This is entered into the newcamd.list file.

I've setup the dm600 with Sirius4, 19E and thor, 0,8W

I've scanned the transponders and have updated with 500 channels.

NONE work.. (well maybe 1 free channel or 2)

It's as if the db is not connecting to the server (even though it's worked for ages before), or decoding the signal or something.

I feel I'm missing something obviously essential...

Can someone guide me here?

Default settings for 1W is AA , 5E is AB , 13E BA and 19E BB .

To check the sats are right use a FTA channel on each to make sure the parameters are correct .

Thanks... Honestly.. and this is a bit embarassing..
I have NO idea what that means.. :-)

I kept hounding my friend, and he gave me an alternativ IP... which worked..
At least it's decoding something..

Now I need to find the bloody Canal Digital channels which still elude me... (very VERY strange)

We agree that Canal Digital is on Thor3/5/Intelsat10-02 (0.8W) .. right?
And scanning the transponder should bring up the Canal Digital channels?
