how to get 129W?

I'm currently running IOLite 2008 on a Dreambox 500S and satellite 128W doesn't come up in the slider in the satellite/LNB setup window. Is this an issue of an old image or does this have something to do with the channel list I've got? Please tell me what I'm doing wrong.
