parentallock/setuplock

hello Everybody,
I have enabled a parentallock/setuplock DM500s) but he now doen't recognize my password. Please can anybody help me without factory erasing.

In dreambox find :

/var/tuxbox/config/enigma/config

edit the file by removing the unwanted line/lines

This line i:/elitedvb/pins/parentallock=00000457 (if you have added a parrent lock )
This line i:/elitedvb/pins/setuplock=00000457 ((if you have added a setup lock )
last 4 figures-code in HEX format
Transform in DEC and receive the code
